The Power of Plant-Based Nutrition for Health Want to spring clean your diet?
Join the Physicians Committee this April for a new class that will give you all the information you need to transform your diet, improve your health, and lose weight in a supportive group environment. The Nutrition Essentials class provides tools for healthy eating that can help you reach your goals for weight loss, lowering cholesterol, diabetes prevention or control, lowering blood pressure, and improving energy and mood.
The class will meet on Tuesday evenings from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. on April 7, 14, 21, and 28. All classes will be taught by certified Food for Life instructor Kara Blank-Gonzalez.
