REGISTRATION: Registration opens on Thursday, Oct. 4 at 3 p.m., the program begins at 6 p.m. with a plated dinner, introductory remarks by Dr. Neal Barnard, and a keynote by Dr. Michael Greger.

NEW: Special guests Congressman Dennis Kucinich and PCRM director of government affairs Mrs. Elizabeth Kucinich will speak about being vegan in the public eye.

HEALTH TRACKER STATION (Limited Hours): A know your numbers health tracker station will be available to all registered participants after Thursday’s registration (4-6 p.m.) or first thing Friday morning (8-9 a.m.) for those who would like to check blood pressure, cholesterol, weight, and blood glucose levels. These measurements will not be fasting, but rather quick measurements that can provide a baseline measurement.

MEALS: The following meals are included in the program, and dining out suggestions will be available at registration. The hotel restaurant will be offering vegan options for our guests. All meals provided at the Kickstart Intensive will be vegan, please let us know as soon as you can if you have dietary restrictions:

• Breakfast and Lunch Buffet on Friday, Oct. 5; dinner is on your own
• Breakfast and Lunch Buffet on Saturday, Oct. 6; dinner is on your own

CANCELLATION: All cancellations must be received via e-mail at jeckart@pcrm.org by 5:30 p.m. EST on Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2012, to receive a full refund. Cancellations made between Sept. 4-18 are subject to a 50 percent cancellation fee of the cost of the program ($237.50). All cancellations received after Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2012, are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the program.
