Garlic Spinach
(Serves 4)
1 large bunch of fresh spinach
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon vegetarian Worcestshire sauce
Wash and de-stem spinach. Peel and mince garlic. Braise garlic
in Worcestshire sauce over medium heat, stirring, until lightly
browned. Add spinach to hot skillet. Use tongs to turn spinach until
it is just wilted. Serve hot or at room temperature.
