In the event that I prepare my own beans, I find it hard enough remembering not to add sugar, nevermind not adding salt. I just can't concentrate on two things at once. Doing them from scratch is actually easier because there are FEWER things to do - no ingredients to add or subtract, just beans and water. --Deb R |
