I have not been a big fan of her TV show, but now that I am eating vegan I will have to give it another try and will probably like it better. The only problem with her recipes is that they seem to be fairly complex ... every one I looked at calls for some unusual ingredient that I would have to make a special shopping trip for. But they are certainly inspirational and an experienced vegan cook might be able to make substitutions and adjustments to make the recipes better for every day use. |

I'm not the most "technical" person, but decided to start my own blog of this vegan journey. More of a Christian Vegan based "support" I'm not even sure if I set if up the right way etc., but we'll see what happens??? I've titled it "It All Vegan in a Garden". I couldn't figure out how to leave a comment there, so I'm posting it here. As I said in my "introduction post" somewhere on this forum, I started this vegan lifestyle thru a Christian-based study. I really feel like I am getting back to eating the way God created me to, and my body is working so much better now that I am feeding it the things it was designed for. I don't want to offend anyone here who has different beliefs, but I do feel that that's the reason I have found it so easy to "give up" meat and dairy, and really haven't struggled the way I thought I might with such a drastic change in my eating. Thanks for sharing! |
