The first Tuesday, March 2, the chat is scheduled for 1pm EST/10am PST and here is the schedule for the others: Tuesday, March 9 - 10 PM EST/7pm PST- yes 10pm at night! YAY! Tuesday, March 16 - 1pm EST/10am PST Here's how you join: The URL for our chat room is http://www.marilu.com/openchat.php Here are some tips for navigating the online chat: The chat room usually takes a few minutes to load. Please be patient. Once you see a box that says "Nick," type in your name and then click on the button that says "Connect." You don't have to enter a password or change anything else. As soon as you click "Connect," you will enter the chat room and you'll see all the other people in the room with you. Start typing in the empty box below the active chat window and hit the "Enter" key to send your text into the room. Sometimes more than one person will try to use the same nickname - but we don't allow duplicates. If you can't seem to use the nickname you first typed in, and instead your name is something like "Guest1234," you can try selecting a new nickname. Look over at the top right side of the chat window for a box that says "Type Your Name." Type in the nickname you would like to use, and if it is available your new nickname will appear. If you've been waiting for the chat room to load but you don't see anything in the middle of the page under the Marilu.com banner, you may need to install Flash on your computer. I'm in the pacific time and one of the chats was two ahead and another webcast was 3 hours ahead. I missed one because of it. Was a bit confusing? We will be having "daylight" savings happen here on March 14 this year. So, things will be changing right in the middle of the kickstart. Thanks so much. Looking forward to the March kickstart. I started with the January one and it really helped me get going again! I'm so grateful to all involved for all their efforts. Had great cholesteral results after just 4 weeks on the program. Went from 230 down to 197, HDL up 15 points, LDL down 40 and Triglyercides down 125 pts. Gave me even more incentive to keep it going! I do appreciate the different times that they are being offered, as I do work doing the day and will have to miss the earlier scheduled chats. Way to go craftycat on the greatly improved cholesterol numbers!!!
