FORKS OVER KNIVES
Posted Sunday, September 4, 2011 at 7:49 PM

I watched FOK's last night on netflix instant streaming. It was GREAT!! My husband at first was going to go and do something else but then he stayed and ended up watching the whole thing. It was mostly Dr. Campbell(China study) and Dr. Esselstyn. Lots of good information. I want to watch it again!! My 15-year-old son was only able to watch the first half hour and thought it was interesting. EVERYONE needs to watch this movie!!!

Agreed! I actually enjoyed it more the second time around. Should be required viewing for all Americans.

My son and I watched Forks Over Knives on Netflix tonight and thought it was inspirational. I wish the rest of my family would watch it. It should be required viewing for medical students.

Saw it today on Netflix! It is so inspiring and comforting to view a documentary that supports the beliefs and notions I have formed after turning into a vegan 2 years ago!

It is easy to be mankind,
Difficult to be human
Striving to become human!

I am so happy my hubby watched it with me. It was well done, and made the point. We watched it immediately following our DVR of "The Last Heart Attack" on CNN. The combo of the two really makes a strong statement.

I also just finished watching 'Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead'. It is an amazing documentary! I am so pumped to do a juice fasting! I always wanted to try one and this time I think I surely would. Instead of juicing though, I think I'll blend all my greens together as I don't have a juicer. I am thinking of starting tomorrow. Doing atleast for 10 days. Will see how it goes!

Difficult to be human
Striving to become human!
