There are a couple of earlier threads with lots of good info and advice, particularly posts by Lani Muelrath, who explains how higher-fiber diets can initially hold on to more water, etc. You can use the SEARCH function at the top of the forum to find her posts, or just look for the "Weight Loss" threads in the menu. Another thing some people are finding helpful is to post (or privately journal) their daily menus. It just raises your awareness about exactly what you are eating (and drinking). There are at least 2 different threads going for this at the moment. I find it helpful to do this for a couple of weeks and then look back at my trends and see how that syncs up with how I'm feeling, or my weight/clothing fit, etc. Good luck.
