Breakfast Cereals

Can anyone tell me if the Kashi Heart to Heart Honey Toasted Oat cereal is vegan? I read the ingredients and don't see milk or eggs, but wanted verification. This is my first kickstart program. I have been "leaning in" since April this year. Thanks.

See the article below. Hope this helps you. I liked Heart to Heart before I had to go gluten free. Have fun and enjoy the vegan lifestyle. Your body and animals will love you, not to mention the Earth.

Hi
I have the Kashi Heart to Heart most mornings with a cut up banana and unsweetened organic soymilk. It is delish and an easy way to start the day.
If I have other fruit, I throw a handful of that in too... love blueberries.
Enjoy... I have been plant strong since last September. It is one of the best things I have ever done for myself and my family. The kickstart is wonderful.

The only caveat would be whether honey is considered vegan or not - some vegans 'allow' it and others don't (since it is produced by a living creature). That's a personal choice.
