Does plant milk curdle?

Cow's milk will curdle in the presence of citrus. Will plant milk? I've got an idea for a smoothie using almond milk, bananas, and pineapple, but I'm afraid the pineapple might cause the milk to curdle.

I've used almond milk and lemon juice and vinegar to make a ranch-like salad dressing with no problem

I've never noticed a problem with plant milks and citrus fruits in a smoothie.

The smoothie I made is delicious! Next time I make it maybe I'll add some berries. It's a great basic recipe from which to start!
