Thank You!
Posted Sunday, September 26, 2010 at 11:05 AM

Thank you to everyone who made this program possible, thank you Susan for your help, to the members of this forum who contributed their questions and answers, to PCRM.

Yesterday I attended a CPR training class. So many stories about heart attacks and strokes.

Then a comment about a new In & Out burger restaurant that is opening up nearby.

I thought of the animals and their suffering...I thought of humans and their suffering...and I thought of this program with a sense of hope.

Healing, love, and blessings to you all, my friends!

Ahimsa

I too would like to say thank you for this program and for all of the people that offered their time and support! I have wanted to do this for a long time but was intimitaded by the time it would take to research. Because of the hints, shopping lists and information this was much easier than I thought it would be. I have lost about 10 lbs so far and people at work say that my skin is glowing Smile. My blood sugar has gone down from 177 to 132. This has changed my life for the better and words cannot really express how grateful I am for joining the kickstart. Again, thank you!!

Me too, thank you all for being here.
It was a short 21 days. I will miss the forum and recipes.

Good luck to everyone on their journey to a new healthier lifestyle.

This was my second time, and I plan on coming in on the next round...

May God Bless you all. Very Happy

I think this is my 4th and they get better every time. I wasn't going to join this one - I mean, how many times can you "kickstart." EVERY time I learn something new. I am by no means an old pro, so I've always got something I can learn!

Thanks for another great Kickstart!

Aw, cch... you are so very welcome. Embarassed

I am getting all weepy from these touching posts! I feel such a debt of gratitude to PCRM, to Susan, and to every single one of you for inspiring me to start and continue this journey. So much of what I've learned has been because of people like you – you're really the reason I'm here, in a way.

We are all so lucky to have found this way of life. I can't express that feeling in words... I am so full of appreciation for the life I have now.

All of you, please feel free (and encouraged!) to email me anytime. I'd love to hear from you.

Cch, thank you!

As you all know by now I believe in kindness and gentleness to all. I can't follow those beliefs without caring about people and animals who struggle and have questions.

Fortunately for all of us, PCRM has many cookbook choices available and I have several favorites.

I too, am available by email or Facebook. I don't know how to post a Facebook link, but my email is

kymberlee63@gmail.com

If you have questions about substitutions, recipes, just need a shoulder, I will continue to do my best for you.

Best wishes all and

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!![u] Laughing

Always offer kindness and a soft word to the beings around you; You do not know their journey. Your words can be the hug they need or the shove that breaks them.
