Hi and welcome! Good questions! 1. Caffeine-free soda - yes, allowed, although drinking calories is not recommended in general. It's very easy to over-consume liquid calories, never a good thing when those calories are nutrient-poor, such as those found in sodas. 2. Honey - this is not vegan, so no; it's also a nutrient-poor, calorie-dense product so be careful. 3. Coconut milk - not a low-fat food at all. I would avoid this all together, especially if your concerns include weight loss, diabetes, heart disease, or cancer prevention. 4. Coffee - yes, allowed, in either form. In terms of the Kickstart program, watch what you add to it. You wouldn't want to accidentally drink your calories (see #1).
