Thanks so much for the information in your link. The most important sentence was "The study, published in the Journal of Epidemiology & Community Health, found that vegetables had the strongest protective effect, with each daily portion reducing overall risk of death by 16%." Wow!
With all the advertising for expensive goji and acai berry products, vitamin supplements, and the latest diet fads, how many of us realize the value we get when we eat a serving of vegetables?
