I worry that the 21 day kick start has too many carbs. I bloat up from carbs.
Concentrated sugars (and fats) in sweets such as cookies, cakes, or pies upset my stomach and cause heart burn -- low glycemic carbohydrates such as oatmeal or brown rice don't bother me.
