The healthiest foods we can eat are high-carb foods: fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes! So "too many" carbs from these sources would be unlikely.
However, if you feel uncomfortable, it could be from the addition of these higher-fiber foods. Fiber are carbohydrates that do not digest. And if your digestive tract is not used to these little detoxers/scrub brushes, then you might feel bloated.
While your body gets used to these healthful dietary components, you could do little tricks like slowly add fibrous foods into your diet over the course of weeks, as opposed to all at once. Eat fewer raw fruits and vegetables - lightly steam or cook them until your gut is prepared! Eat smaller beans like lentils as opposed to kidney beans, until your gut is ready to manage a bulkier and faster digestive system!
