Original 21-Day Meal Plan

Hi all,

I just copied this from the web archive I saved before the program was taken offline. Someone asked for it in the chat, so I figured I'd post it here too.

Most of the recipes will be at Nutrition MD (http://www.nutritionmd.org/recipes/index.html)

You can register there, add them to your meal planner, and then it will generate a grocery list for you. Smile

If you have questions or can't find something, post in the forums, and probably somebody who has been on the plan for a while can help.

I copied this into a file on my computer so I'll have a backup when my (already) tattered copy that I printed during the program wears out. Until March 1 I'll use the same plan, trying those recipes I skipped during the first go-round.
I love the sense of well-being I have since I started this plan and never want to go back!

Speaking of the January Kickstart menu...........did any of you have success at making the oat bananna french toast? Mine completely fell apart! I followed the directions stating not to leave the bread in the mixture for long. I dunked and took out. It sounded like a wonderful receipe.

Did anyone have success who could shed some light? Or does anyone have a good french toast receipe to share?
