21 Day Kickstart & Rice Milk Cheese?
Posted Saturday, September 28, 2013 at 10:22 AM

I'll be starting the 21-day challenge on October 1st. Is rice milk cheese allowed on the 21-day challenge? I use 1/3 c. in something I call eggplant stacks, as well as a on a whole grain veggie pizza I make.

Thanks.

The two elements to watch for are vegan ingredients and low in fat. May want to check the ingredients (does it have casein?) and check the fat content. Some fake cheeses may have a lot of fat. You'll want to be cautious!

And a LOT of sodium which is also something to be cautious about.
