So this sounds like cravings as opposed to hunger or lack of calories? Is that right? Are you experiencing unwanted weight loss?
Cravings are tricky. Addictions are difficult to overcome and the answer varies for each person. I recommend reading the book Breaking the Food Addiction by Neal Barnard. You may find some helpful tips in there!
