Hey KickSmart team. In case you didn't know, we're launching a Kickstart in India next month! It will be in English, although some of the food selections may be a bit unfamiliar. But it looks delicious and may be of interest to all of you.

Thanks for the info Susan. I may sit this one out so close to the last kickstart but I am also thinking that there may be some good recipes for those who like Indian food.

When I got this email, I was excited. Indian food!!! YUMMM!!!! Also I am assuming the menu will be different and that made me happy (just like hoping in January the kickstart gets a new menu) So I'm looking forward to some new curry recipes... I cook something with curry in it at least 2 times a week.. I would like to follow the menu to the letter, but we'll see once it comes out, hopefully it will be somewhat easy!! Counting the days!!

I was thinking the same thing!! Would like to expand my Indian cooking skills to something other than cauliflower/garbanzo curry over rice!

Wow, am very impressed with the India Kickstart. Indian cooking has always imtimidated me - loved eating it at restaurants, but wanted the wonderul smells melding in my own kitchen.
This kickstart has finally helped demystify the cooking, spices, and overwhelming question:Where Do I Start???!!! Embarassed
I work full time and am teaching a Yoga class this fall, so have only attemped one recipe so far: Tofu (less) Palak Paneer. OMG - I had no idea that spinach could taste so good. Of course mine is better than any I have ever tasted (you know I'm saying that tongue in cheek).
Since it's just me at the apt during the week I uually cut the recipes way down or cook enough for days. This one I prepped the whole amount (minus the Tofu)in order to eat it for several day.
How is everyone else doing? What other recipes have your tried?

I'm really enjoying the Indian Kickstart. Love the recipes and cooking videos.

Took me a while to realise that it has it's own seperate community forum.
