Check out Dr. Barnard's new book - inspired by all of your great feedback. If you scroll down, you can see a teaser of how this program will soon jump from your computer screen to your television screen!

This is fantastic Susan. I'm a huge fan of Dr Barnard. I wish we had someone like him in England.

Can't wait to read the new book.

Best wishes

Thanks, Susan. Having read that information on the website, I'll rethink my decision to pass up this book. I thought it would just be a rewrite of his previous work, but apparently not.

Very happy to see Dr. Barnard's work getting a wider readership/viewership. On another larger forum for diabetics, his name elicits some very strong and ugly statements. "Quack" is one of the milder ones. These statements are made by folks married to the notion that carbohydrates are poison for us, and anyone endorsing them should be tarred and feathered. No point in discussing the matter with them; the low carbohydrate diet is like a religion to them.

Unfortunately for me, PBS is not airing the program in my area. Maybe they will show it as a webcast on PCRM? I hope?
