I have 2 more weeks to go. But here is the news I thought you would enjoy. My dear friend who took me into her home for the duration watched me eat for a week and then joined me last week - she celebrated a 2.50 loss this morning. She told me when she started the week that unless she lost 2 pounds she would not continue. She has decided to try another week. She has 30-50 lbs to lose but had become convinced over the years of failure that she really couldn't lose weight - she has had melanoma and breast cancer twice - let us hope together that she has another good week and can rid herself of the dangerous fat.
