Lemon Tahini Dressing
Posted Thursday, June 12, 2014 at 5:03 PM

Hello everyone!
Just wanted to ask if the Lemon Tahini dressing was a good substitute for salad dressing. I really like it and I make it myself with sesame tahini, water, lemon juice and minced garlic.

Not sure if it is a good low fat option. What do you think? Any ideas/suggestions are appreciated.
Thank you all!

Tahini does have some fat to it but compared to most salad dressings, it's not bad (as long as the tahini is good quality and all). Keep in mind that the goal is not no fat, it's no added fat and a total of about 10% of calories from fat (the kind that naturally exists in food)

Thank you very much for the information! I will take that into account when choosing foods.
I appreciate your response!
