I know that there are people here with diabetes. I am not one, so I will not even try to give advice. Deb should chime in soon, hang in there help will be here soon. With my improved diet I am slowly reducing the amount of insulin, but will not adjust the pills before consulting the doc. Food-wise, the best control comes from low GI foods. Read up on them if you can. If you are running in the 300s you need your doctor's advice to have your medications adjusted asap. Good luck, Jan
