Recent Lab Results - Yeah!
Posted Friday, March 29, 2013 at 5:53 PM

I just got my lab results back and my cholesterol is the lowest it's been in 40 years. It just feels absolutely tremendous. My LDL is still a little high at 107. Someone said that the LDL will fall after the main cholesterol #. Has anyone heard this?

Congratulations! I don't know about any specific order for lipid values to drop, but you are clearly going in the right direction. I look forward to hearing your next results!

Hi Susan,
I give you tremendous credit for this. You mentioned that fat played a significant part in cholesterol levels and I omitted more fat from my diet - even though it was vegan fat. I appreciate you so much!!!
