You can feel the anticipation ramping up for another 21-day boost, can't you?

It's great to pop in here and see the ongoing connection and support. Almost time for a rematch for March.

Hopefully some newbies too. It's always nice to have input from beginners looking at things with new eyes.

This will be my 3rd kick start. Eventually we'll need a forum for "We survived the kickstart and we're full time now" !!!

I've already signed up also. I'll be on vacation in sunny Daytona Beach Fl then, but I think I can keep up on my good habits.

Hey, maybe we should call it "from Kickstart to Kickstand" - for those for whom it's become the standard practice!

I'm definitely signing up. I definitely need a kick in the butt - not so much for animal products but for fats and lately, sugar. Rolling Eyes

Can't wait! The January Kickstart really got me going again. Love this forum, as it is so great to have a support system! Smile

I'm in. Already signed up as well.

I like Kick Start to Kick Start also.

I'm better with veggie/working on vegan. But as someone else noted I need help with sugar and junk food. Rolling Eyes

Instead of doing the 21 day kickstart to lose weight, I'm doing it for health! The goal is stay vegan for 3 weeks, and see what happens! If I lose only 2 lbs, but I stay vegan, it is an accomplishment!

Im in also!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait. Since I am staying on track, I've decided that I am going to set a new goal with each Kickstart. For March I am going to incorporate more receipes including greens.

Im sorry I forgot the name of the person who had just signed up but I want her to know that January was my first time. Although it seemed like a lot more work in the beggining because I was actually having to prepare meals instead of eating out or eating prpeapared foods, it has been fantastic and I haven't missed a thing.

It is good to read the posts again- sorry I am late. I can't wait 4 1 March! Kickstart to Kickstand is cute and a great idea! I agree that with each kickstart different goals turn up and this time since I have conquered all the animal products (except in other peoples baked goods), I am aiming to reduce fat/sugar and to eat on a schedule- so as not to eat for emotional reasons, o and greens at 2 meals a day at leastSmile

Since the first Kickstart I participated in was January, can anyone tell me if they repeat the same menu? If they create a new one do they use other receipes from the PCRM site or come up with brand new ones?

i think they are switching it up, based on feedback and on the idea that there are repeat kickstarters.

a few people complained that the menus were not very seasonal--fresh tomato salad in january, etc. so maybe march will be more appropriate.

i ended up kind of making my own plan from the nutrition MD recipes anyway. still am doing that. you can search by ingredient and make a shopping list, etc.
