I actually signed up last week, and submitted a question. Looking forward to it.

Deborah,

I so appreciate your coming by with this message today! I had a blast too - and it seems I have so much to say that I fear I am talking too fast and trying to cram too much in! How do your legs feel after the two Fit Quickies?

Thank you so so much. I sent out the recording of the call this morning so you should have received it!

Cheerily,
Lani

My legs feel fine - maybe my form wasn't quite right. My husband walked by and looked at me like I was crazy. Guess it did look strange standing in front of the computer with headphones on, doing exercises. Very Happy

I'm proud of you! Crazy is sitting on our hmmhmmms all day!

Your legs SHOULD feel fine. What you are looking for is a great, tight feel in those muscles targeted by the time you get to your reps end, which should be within 90 seconds. AND the more you practice these, the better you get at activating the muscles you are intending to grab the attention of - then watch out! And after a few sessions, you'll feel a different sense of vitality in those backyard muscles which is a hallmark of muscle change. You go!

Lani- what do you think of sitting on an exercise ball while on the computer? They even sell a frame that puts it on wheels which seems to void some of the benefits.

I'm still checking for your book in digital but it is not in the Kindle store yet.

Physioball is a great idea for variety. You have to use some stabilizers in your core - except maybe no with a 'frame' - what's the purpose of that? To keep you stable? Use your core muscles!

Boo on no kindle yet! I know a lot of people are waiting.
