We do suggest avoiding or limiting high-fat foods like nuts, seeds, and avocados, especially if weight loss is an issue or has plateaued. Otherwise, we would suggest a very small amount. Sometimes eating a very small amount is easier to do by adding a set amount to recipes as opposed to snacking on them ad libitum. These foods can have health benefits if eaten in small quantities.
