Sprouted whole grain breads have no gluten

Essene breads and Ezekiel 4:9 tortillas have no gluten! The other Ezekiel sprouted breads DO have gluten added. Go figure! The tortillas are delicious used as a wrap or with taco filling, or as other Spanish-style foods like burritos or enchiladas. They are in the frozen food department. www.RawLife.org and www.rawdoctors.com. If you'ld like to visit, I've been a raw (Ann Wigmore) vegan teacher for decades, and a supporter of PCRM. I don't have gluten issues, but some of the breads are SO GOOD - I love eating them. Look forward to learning more of your expertise in future posts.

Hi,

It's easy to confuse "flour free" with "gluten free!"

Actually, anything made with wheat, including sprouted whole grain breads made with wheat berries, are not allowed on a gluten free diet, and should not be consumed by someone with gluten intolerance or celiac disease.

Luckily there are lots of good gluten free products out there these days. Good luck!
