I have tried happy herbivore's in the first cookbook, but didn't care for it. I don't want to keep using the canned stuff. Thanks! I do like the taste of the canned stuff so if someone has a recipe with the same taste without additives, that would be great. Kathy

It is 1/4 c onion, garlic, 1T jalapeno, cilantro, and a can of tomatoes blended. I leave it a little chunky.
