We transitioned to the kickstart by adopting a vegetarian diet first for the two months leading up to it. Prior to that time, both my husband and I had a variety of health issues. Larry is a type II diabetic and has high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I have had high cholesterol, food allergies, blockage in my carotid artery and overweight. I'm scheduled to have back surgery in a week so I went in for a full physical. The results already are staggering. Ive lost 10 pounds, my bad cholesterol dropped in half! (it's currently 169), I just had an ultrasound on my carotid and the plaque is actually diminishing! My food allergies are gone and my energy level is high! Larry's total blood sugar had decreased by 30% and his rate of highs has dropped dramatically. He's going to see the doc to confirm cholesterol and blood pressure numbers this week! We are happy converts to this way of life! Thank you for literally saving our lives!

I started a blog to share my results but have had to put it on the back burner until I've fully recovered from surgery. You won't be able to stop me from sharing these results once that happens. We are thrilled!
