21 day kick start results
Posted Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at 11:27 AM

Its a great day! We transitioned to the kickstart by adopting a vegetarian diet first for the two months leading up to it. Prior to that time, both my husband and I had a variety of health issues. Larry is a type II diabetic and has high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I have had high cholesterol, food allergies, blockage in my carotid artery and overweight. I'm scheduled to have back surgery in a week so I went in for a full physical. The results already are staggering. Ive lost 10 pounds, my bad cholesterol dropped in half! (it's currently 169), I just had an ultrasound on my carotid and the plaque is actually diminishing! My food allergies are gone and my energy level is high! Larry's total blood sugar had decreased by 30% and his rate of highs has dropped dramatically. He's going to see the doc to confirm cholesterol and blood pressure numbers this week! We are happy converts to this way of life! Thank you for literally saving our lives! Very Happy

What fantastic results!! Congratulations on all of your work to save your own life! I think that is so inspiring. I hope you continue to share your success stories with others. Spreading the word is incredibly powerful.

Thanks Susan. I started a blog to share my results but have had to put it on the back burner until I've fully recovered from surgery. You won't be able to stop me from sharing these results once that happens. We are thrilled!

Congrats, Janwood.

This is what it's all about.

This is on the January 2011 forum for some reason.

@theodore...it's probably in the 2011 post because I didn't know what I was doing when I started this thread! LOL! Is there a way to move it?

Janwood,

I'm really not sure if it's possible to move this thread to the 2012 forum. One of the others might know, but I don't think anyone can see us down here. We're trapped basically. I'm not even sure how we got down here.

Try sending Susan Levin a PM. I'll wait here.

Let me be clear. You guys are not stuck in this forum, right? You have access to 2012? It's the misplaced thread with which you are concerned?

I've just checked and I do have access to the 2012 forum. So yeah, it's just the misplaced thread that's the problem.

I can't move a whole thread, it turns out. But Jan, if you want to repost the original under your name in 2012, I think that would be awesome!
