Hi! I've been mostly vegan since the 13th, and today is the 28th, so 15 days. I like veggies: asparagus, collard greens, romaine salads and blended salads with frozen banana, and fruits, nuts, beans, etc., but I can't lie: also I bought some Boca burgers, and So Delicious Soy Milk Ice Cream, and a lb of dark chocolate to get me through. The goal [for me] is to be vegan, and Dr. Bernard says Boca Burgers okay! But I prefer Dr. Praeger's Veggie burgers, made with: Carrot, Onion, Stringbeans, Soybeans, Zucchini, Oat Bran, Peas, Spinach, Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Broccoli, Textured Soy Flour, Corn, Oat Fiber, Red Pepper, Arrowroot, Corn Meal, Corn Starch, Garlic, Salt, Parsley, Black Pepper, All Natural Vegetable Gum
They're so good! Pretty high quality as well. I am going to go by Dr. Bernard's menu and suggestions.
