RE: daily calories

I look at this menu plan as a guide, a suggestion. Yes, there aren't many calories there, not much food. So eat more or have an extra snack. Every person here is different. I would guess we have some very small, mostly sedentary people, and some athletes. No way to post a menu plan that works for 100% all.
