For 21 days; no worries. It you are planning a longer stay, then get your B12 somewhere. My rice milk is supplemented with B12 as is my soy milk and my ready-to-eat breakfast cereals. If you take a multi-vitamin supplement you likely get all you need there. I don't, so I take a B12 supplement twice a week.
