Greetings all! I searched through the other topics and did not see a question about caloric intake. If I'm calculating correctly, the 'base' meal plans provided account for only a fraction of the calories I've been told I need. Should I be doubling, or in some cases tripling, the portion sizes? I can accept if some of the responses include that I am being to anal...I do tend to overthink things.
