That's funny that there are a chain of restaurants in California with the same name. This place isn't part of that chain. It's a Mom & Pop place, with super sweet people, in Seattle. The pho is phenomenal. You still have to be careful, every Thai restaurant I have been in, even the ones that are supposedly vegan/vegetarian, still use fish sauce. It's a condiment,in Thai food, like table salt is in North American food.
