What is your food today Thurs Jan 10?

HI All,
Good day..no snow in sight... whew! Today is along day at work for me.. i have to work till 7:00. takes me thru snacks, lunch and dinner. so it all goes to work with me. Lucky I have a large fridge & microwave at work.

b-cereal w/blueberries or strawberries (found them at good prices when i went shopping monday)
s-fruit, bannana probably.. i gotta get one of those in.
l-since i didn't eat my morocan chickpea salad yesterday i guess that's it today.
d-leftover stir fry..

b: cereal as usual (this time, though, DS set out my bowl, spoon, cereal and almond milk for me while I was in the shower - he's so sweet!)
l: leftover chili, tossed salad, and a portion of vegan chocolate pudding!
d: not sure - possibly burritos and a serving of vegan chocolate pudding
s: two clementines and a banana

The chocolate pudding recipe is designed to make 4 servings but hubby divides it among 12 tart cups so it's just enough sweet and rich without being too much.

Breakfast: Amy's Organic Steel cut oatmeal with rice milk and cinnamon. I'm full

Lunch: Thai green papaya salad NO fish sauce.

Dinner: Rainbow chard and red rice.

They tell me that tomorrow we may get a warm up here. A day with temps above zero. Woo hoo!

B: big bowl fo fresh fruit. Melons, blueberries, strawberries, kiwi.
S: mcdougall cup of soup
L: baked potato smothered with steamed mixed veggies and " cheese" sauce
S: air popped popcorn
D: brown jasmine rice, stir fried veggies (asparagus blend) with garbanzo beans, schezuan sauce, garlic and Ginger.
