I feel awesome!

I just want to share with this world that after having completed the 1st week successfully, I feel totally awesome! My muscle & joint pain is gone, I cannot believe it! Thanks to our local PBS station for airing Dr Barnard's presentation, which made me more curious and dig deeper and got the invite to the 21 day Vegan Kickstart. I have no regrets about shunning milk products, chicken and fish. Thanks for the encouragement!
