I'm not good at following meal plans BUT I had a great day one with:
B: Oatmeal with raisins & cinnamon
L: Squash & Cavolo Nero soup (with garlic, brown rise miso, lemon & marmite -for oomph) plus Zucchini Bread (an awesome recipe from the Breaking the Food Seduction book)
D: Jacket potato with wild mushrooms & ratatouille with added black beans
Didn't feel hungry or have cravings / temptations but was at home some may have been different out in the world with chocolate bars etc all around??
