The internet turned your "8" into a smiley, so here's the recipe: Simple Vinaigrette Makes 1/2 cup Seasoned rice vinegar makes a delicious salad dressing all by itself, or enhanced with mustard and garlic as below. 1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar 1 - 2 teaspoon stone-ground or Dijon mustard 1 garlic clove, pressed Whisk all ingredients together.
