Haven't made the switch yet but I am in the contemplation phase.
I have noticed the protein content of the today's menu is quite low only 18.4 grams. Is it assumed that you will add soy milk, nuts etc to boost it up?

Each recipe from the menu only tallies one serving. One cup of chili for dinner, for example, would not fill me up. Don't think you can only have one serving - that would probably be low in everything including calories. We really encourage you to eat until you are satisfied. Also, adding sides, substitutions, and snacks to the menu is encouraged.
