RE: is Kashi Lean crisp vegan? Posted Monday, March 1, 2010 at 3:20 PM I just checked my box in the cupboard. Except for the cane juice and honey it is okay. Some vegans eat honey and some do not. The Kashi cereals have tons of different grains in them. I find it very filling when I have it. |
