More coffee advice?
Posted Monday, March 1, 2010 at 12:44 PM

After taking a Food for Life class last year, I changed to a plant-based diet with GREAT results. However, I started adding things back a little bit at a time and so here I am joining the Kickstart and trying to get back on track!

I love the recipes that I've found in the past, but have one big stumbling block ... half and half in my coffee. The amount is so small that it wasn't really an issue for me before, but I'd really like to try ditching that as well going into this Kickstart. I'm trying the Silk creamer and it's just not doing it for me. I've also tried different milks and the only thing that is OK is Silk chocolate soymilk. But, I try to stay away from that because I tend to drink too much of it -- I'm a chocoholic, what can I say? Wink

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what has worked for you in your coffee?

I am a huge fan of turtle mountain's So Delicious vanilla coconut milk creamer! Way better than soy milk. Their original plain flavor is great too. Good luck!
