Some smart person from the Jan. Kickstart (sorry can't remember who) suggested that I pose this question in March so here goes (Susan Levin are you out there?).
Here I had been eating lots of spinach and chard thinking I was doing great when I read The Kind Diet. According to Alicia Oxalic acid found in spinach, chard and beet greens interferes with calcium absorption. She said she doesn't avoid them she just doesn't consider them as part of her daily "Greens" intake.
What is you take on this? Any thougts?
