Can I use a little Smart Balance butter for taste?

I LOVE it - sure tastes like butter to me! If you look on the container is says "vegan" so it's OK. I love stuff that TELLS me it's vegan. Sure saves a lot of time reading ingredients when you buy pkg'd stuff.

Oops! Thanks, Essie. I just recently bought my first "butter" since going vegan and you made me get up and look in the fridge! Smart Balance sounded right but it really was Earth Balance. Great flavor!

Smart Balance is vegan also.. and it's also right on the package!
In all honesty, I do like Earth Balance way better!

Yay!! I bought earth balance too - haven't tried it yet as I don't use spreads much, but my daughter (who has lived as a vegan for quite a while) recommended it.
