What you going to have for breakfast Monday?

I plan on having grapefruit and oatmeal.

Oatmeal, with strawberries and a dash of cinnamon.

I got a jump start today by going vegan
for breakfast,lunch and dinner. Seemed like
a smooth transition. So, I am ready for tomorrow~Very Happy

I'm having my usual, which is oatmeal, cinnamon, banana and blueberries only now, with soy milk, not whole milk.

Probably old-fashioned oats with fresh apple, cinnamon and topped off with a bit of unsweetened almond milk. Maybe some ground flaxseed thrown in for good measure.

Well since I can't stand anything sweet in the morning I'll have my usual congee made with steel cut oats, hominy grits, brown rice, onions, scallions, tofu and savoy cabbage. All simmered for an hour or so and flavored with a touch of Bragg's Aminos. It's warm, it's comforting and it keeps me going for hours.

smoothie - banana, berries, flaxseed powder, and scoop of Vibrant Health Green Vibrance powder...

got to get up super early to see dentist...need something quick and filling...

That's exactly what I had, but the Vanilla Soy Milk was a (very welcomed) mistake. I didn't read the carton properly when I went shopping Laughing
