Anytime you want. The messages are there to read and reply to. You don't have to be on-line at the same time as others such as instant message programs - but if you are curious to see who is in the chat room at the same time the names are listed at the bottom of the page. I am in New Zealand so my time zone is approx 18 hours ahead of most of the USA. It doesnt matter though. The only difference is that while you are starting the Kickstart program on a Monday morning, I am starting it Tuesday morning. Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food - Hippocrates.
