Posted Monday, January 11, 2010 at 2:18 PM PCRM will hold a conference call for all Kickstart participants entitled: Kickstart Your Health: Ask the Vegan Doc. You are invited to participate in an exclusive conference call with two leading health experts, Jay Gordon, M.D., and Baxter Montgomery, M.D., entitled, Kickstart Your Health: Ask the Vegan Doc. As PCRM’s 21-Day Vegan Kickstart Program begins, you’ll have your questions answered by these medical experts, both of whom recommend a vegan diet as part of their practice. Please join us for this event via phone on Wednesday, January 13 at 8 p.m. ET. Jay Gordon, M.D., is Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at UCLA Medical School and has published several books including, Good Food Today, Great Kids Tomorrow. He was also named CBS TV's medical consultant for children's programming. Baxter Montgomery, M.D., is a cardiologist and Founder and President of the Houston Cardiac Association. I will be away from my computer for a couple hours before the call starts so I'd like to have the information I need in order to call in ahead of time.
