Way-Of-Life-Hawaii-PART-2

Hi everyone,

All my life was about Fitness & Health. But, for me I only focused on Fitness. My eating habits were focused on the Great Western DIE-T, with a side of sugar please...! Then one day while training I noticed a lump on the right side of my neck. CANCER: HOGDKINS LYMPHOMA. Right then and there I started eating a macrobiotic "way of life" (funny how that worked, no second thoughts, just did it). Two years later and with the help of a great Doctor I was cured. At that point I vowed to help people with Fitness & Health. Then guess what, you got it, I went back to the Great Western DIE-T (funny how that worked, no second thoughts, just did it). So for the next 10 years I ate the Great Western DIE-T with a side of sugar please...! Fast forward, at 48 years old I married a wonderful japanese lady and for the last 4 years Junko and I have been making changes with our eating habits. At first we cut out red meat, then chicken, then pork, then most cheeses, we dont drink cow's milk. Then on Feb 24th 2010 I showed my wife the e-mail 21day-kickstart. We decided to take the next step we started cleaning out our cabinets and frig and our best friend sugar.

Aloha & Mahalo, DAY 2

Jerry & Junko

Welcome! Good luck to you and your wife! I am sure you can do it. Just keeping taking one step at a time. Smile It is wonderful that you two are doing this together. It is so much harder when one partner is not interested.
