Food Inc. on PBS tonight Posted Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at 3:20 PM http://www.pbs.org/pov/tvschedule/ In case you haven't seen it! It does not state the case for veganism (or even vegetarianism) and I have some quibbles with some of the conclusions...but in general it's really well done. It's certainly eye-opening with regard to many concerns about where food comes from. It's great to watch with family and friends who are not yet very interested. Promise they will never eat another hamburger. |
