Tracking Weight Loss

I like to keep track of my weight loss. I'm starting today at 191.5 (I've lost 32 pounds since 1/1/11 kickstart). Anyone want to join me?

I checked this morning and it was 172.4 lb

Before my first kickstart in September, it was somewhere around 185-187 lb.

I weighed this morning and came out at 189. Is anyone also adding exercise? And if you are what are you doing?

Count me in - Kickstart day 1 = 166lbs.

I am 5 ft 4 inches in height so that makes me officially overweight according to the BMI.

This is the first time I've tried a Vegan Diet.

Kiwi, we're almost the same ... I'm 5'4" and was 164 pounds yesterday. Got on the scale this morning just for yuckers and was 163.2.

Now that I am close to menopause I find it is so much more difficult to lose weight.

Don't make a New Year's Resolution...make a Decision!

Great idea! I am 5' and 3/4" and weigh 168.2. Hopefully, next week I will see a difference.

My doctor told me that I could walk (heart issues) and take it one step at a time. So, after my oatmeal, I am off to walk. Probably should have done it before I ate, huh?

I am through menopause (57 years old) and yes, it is really hard to loose weight. But, I am determined to at least get healthy, so we shall see.

Just had my annual phsical yesterday. starting weight is 224.
First time trying vegetarian/vegan lifestyle and i think i am going to like it!

This is my first time eating vegan. Day 2 and I'm doing ok. Starting weight on Sunday was 250 - I'm 5'2". Also in menopause (56). It will be fun to track weights.
