Tracking Weight Loss

I like to keep track of my weight loss. I'm starting today at 191.5 (I've lost 32 pounds since 1/1/11 kickstart). Anyone want to join me?

I checked this morning and it was 172.4 lb Before my first kickstart in September, it was somewhere around 185-187 lb. --Deb R

Count me in - Kickstart day 1 = 166lbs. I am 5 ft 4 inches in height so that makes me officially overweight according to the BMI.

I'm 5'4" and was 164 pounds yesterday. Got on the scale this morning just for yuckers and was 163.2. Now that I am close to menopause I find it is so much more difficult to lose weight.

Great idea! I am 5' and 3/4" and weigh 168.2. Hopefully, next week I will see a difference. My doctor told me that I could walk (heart issues) and take it one step at a time. So, after my oatmeal, I am off to walk. Probably should have done it before I ate, huh? I am through menopause (57 years old) and yes, it is really hard to loose weight. But, I am determined to at least get healthy, so we shall see.

Just had my annual phsical yesterday. starting weight is 224. First time trying vegetarian/vegan lifestyle and i think i am going to like it!

This is my first time eating vegan. Day 2 and I'm doing ok. Starting weight on Sunday was 250 - I'm 5'2". Also in menopause (56). It will be fun to track weights. Terry R.
